Our Testing Process
- Sign up & setup (Day 1): We evaluate the onboarding experience. How long until we're productive?
- Daily use (Weeks 1-2): We use the tool for real work. No synthetic benchmarks.
- Team testing (Weeks 2-3): We get feedback from at least 3 different team members.
- Edge cases (Week 3+): We test integrations, export/import, mobile apps, and support responsiveness.
